Subscription Terms — DancingPartners

A licensed attorney must review before publication — particularly the auto-renewal disclosures, price-change notice obligations, and platform-specific billing rules. Note: DancingPartners Premium has not yet launched. These terms are prepared in advance and are subject to change when the premium tier becomes available.
Overview
DancingPartners currently operates as a free app supported by advertising. When the DancingPartners Premium subscription tier launches, it will be offered as an auto-renewing subscription on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
This page provides the subscription terms required by Apple App Store Review Guidelines §3.1.2 and the Google Play Billing policies.
1. Subscription offerings
Note: Pricing, billing periods, and feature availability are subject to change prior to the Premium launch. This section will be updated with confirmed details.

Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase in the App Store or Google Play. Prices may vary by region.
2. Apple App Store — subscription disclosures
The following disclosures are required by Apple for auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price, unless changed as described in §4.
- Manage / cancel: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → DancingPartners.
- Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
- Price changes: If the subscription price increases, Apple will notify you and require your consent before charging the new price.

3. Google Play — subscription disclosures
The following disclosures apply to subscriptions purchased through Google Play Billing:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- Cancel: Cancel any time in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DancingPartners → Cancel subscription.
- Renewal timing: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
- Refunds: Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google's refund policy. Contact Google Play support to request a refund. Tenikopr does not process Play Store refunds directly.
4. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will provide notice of price increases: - Apple: Apple will notify you and require your consent before the new price takes effect for your renewal. - Google Play: Google will notify you before your renewal is charged at a new price.
If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
5. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to Premium features until then. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
6. Free trials
If a free trial is offered: - Free trials are available only to new subscribers (first-time subscribers to that plan). - If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. - If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the full subscription price at the start of the first billing period. - The unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
7. Refunds
Tenikopr does not process subscription refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to the platform through which you purchased the subscription:

Refunds are subject to each platform's refund policy and are at their discretion.
8. Changes to this page
These subscription terms will be updated when DancingPartners Premium launches. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email at least 30 days before they take effect.
