Account Deletion

Overview

You have the right to delete your DancingPartners account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account, what data is removed, and how long certain records are retained for legitimate operational and legal purposes.

1. In-App Deletion Flow

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the App:

  1. Open DancingPartners.
  2. Tap your Profile tab (bottom navigation).
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon, top-right corner).
  4. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  5. Read the confirmation dialog and tap Delete to proceed.
  6. A second confirmation dialog will appear — tap Permanently delete to finalize.

Your account is scheduled for immediate deletion. The process completes within 7 business days.


2. Web or Email Alternative

If you no longer have access to the App, you can request deletion by email:

Send an email to: developers@tenikopr.com Subject line (required): Account deletion request

Your message must include: - The email address registered to your account. - A brief statement requesting permanent account deletion.

We will process your request within 7 business days of receipt and send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.


3. What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data:

4. What Is Retained Temporarily

Certain records are retained for a limited period after deletion for legitimate legal and operational reasons:

Administrative audit logs (account creation / deletion events, moderation actions) Up to 90 days Compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution
Aggregated, anonymized analytics Indefinitely (not identifiable) Service improvement
Crash and diagnostic logs (Firebase Crashlytics) 90 days (per Google's standard policy) Crash diagnostics

Backup destruction is automatic. If 30 days have passed since your deletion request and you would like written confirmation that your data has been purged from backups, email developers@tenikopr.com.


5. Subscriptions and Billing

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account:

Refunds for subscription fees are governed by the respective platform's refund policy. Tenikopr does not process subscription refunds directly.


6. Response Commitments

If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days of your request, email developers@tenikopr.com with the subject "Account deletion follow-up."
