Account Deletion — DancingPartners

Overview
You have the right to delete your DancingPartners account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what happens to your data, and how long certain records are kept.

1. In-app deletion flow
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:
- Open DancingPartners.
- Tap your Profile tab (bottom navigation).
- Tap Settings (gear icon, top-right corner).
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation dialog and tap Delete to proceed.
- A second confirmation dialog will appear — tap Permanently delete to finalize.
Your account is scheduled for immediate deletion. The process completes within 7 business days.
2. Web / email alternative
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request deletion by email:
Send an email to:
Subject line (required): Account deletion request
Body must include: - The email address registered to your account. - A brief statement requesting permanent account deletion.
We will process your request within 7 business days of receipt and send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
3. What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

4. What is retained temporarily
Certain records are kept for a limited period after deletion for legitimate legal and operational reasons:

Backup destruction is automatic. You may email developers@tenikopr.com to confirm a specific backup has been removed if 30 days have passed.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges you must cancel separately:
- Google Play: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DancingPartners → Cancel.
- Apple App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → DancingPartners → Cancel Subscription.
Refunds are governed by the respective platform's refund policy. We do not process subscription refunds directly.
6. SLA and response commitment
