DancingPartners

Community Guidelines

Effective date: April 27, 2026 Last updated: May 24, 2026

Our Community

DancingPartners is a dating and social-discovery app for adults who love to dance — any style, any level. We built this community around respect, authenticity, and the joy of dance. These guidelines apply to everything you share on DancingPartners — your profile, photos, messages, and any other content.

By using DancingPartners, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.

1. Be 18 or Older

DancingPartners is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App.

Do not include photos of anyone under 18 in your profile or messages, even if they are a family member. If you suspect a user may be under 18, please report them immediately using the in-app report button.

2. Be Yourself — No Catfishing or Impersonation

Use your real photos and honest information.

We use on-device face-detection technology to help confirm that profile photos match the person using the account. Accounts that show signs of impersonation may be suspended pending review.

3. Treat Everyone With Respect

We have zero tolerance for harassment of any kind.

Every person on DancingPartners deserves to be treated with dignity, whether or not they are interested in connecting with you.

When you type a chat message, the App runs a content classifier on your device that checks for likely offensive, hostile, or threatening language. If it flags your draft, you'll see a warning dialog asking you to confirm or edit before sending. The warning is there to help you stay within these guidelines — please take it seriously.

Additionally, our servers automatically scan delivered messages against a curated list of prohibited words, phrases, and patterns. This check does not block your message, but flagged messages are reviewed by our moderation team. If you accumulate multiple flagged messages, our systems will automatically generate reports and may impose a device-level ban. Repeatedly sending messages that violate these guidelines — whether flagged by the on-device classifier, the server-side scanner, or reported by other users — will result in suspension or a permanent ban.

4. Keep It Real — No Spam or Fake Engagement

Authentic connections start with honest interactions.

5. No Solicitation or Commercial Activity

DancingPartners is for finding dance partners and making connections — not for commerce.

If someone on the App asks you for money for any reason, it is almost certainly a scam. Please report it.

6. No Explicit or Violent Content

7. Respect Privacy and Personal Information

8. Be Honest About Your Dancing

We're a dance community — skill ratings and dance-style preferences matter here.

9. No Hate or Discrimination

DancingPartners does not tolerate hate speech of any form.

10. No Violence or Dangerous Behavior

11. Protect Minors

The safety of minors is our highest priority.

We report all suspected CSAM to NCMEC and law enforcement. We do not warn users before making such reports.

DancingPartners complies with all applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, including United States federal child sexual abuse material reporting requirements. These Community Guidelines, together with our enforcement and reporting practices, constitute our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain processes to prevent, detect, remove, and report CSAE, and we act on user reports of suspected child endangerment without delay. To report a child-safety concern outside the app, email developers@tenikopr.com with the subject "Child safety report."

12. Follow the Law

13. Maintain a Positive Environment

Small things matter. Help keep DancingPartners a welcoming place.

Reporting

If a user violates these guidelines, please report them:

  1. Open their Profile.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (top-right corner).
  3. Tap Report and select the reason.
  4. Add any additional details and tap Submit.

You can also block a user from the same menu. Blocking immediately removes them from your feed and stops all communication.

For urgent safety concerns — including threats, extortion, or CSAM — email developers@tenikopr.com with the subject "Safety report." Your identity as a reporter remains confidential.

Consequences

We take our guidelines seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may take the following actions:

Action When applied
Content removal Any content that violates these guidelines
Warning Minor or first-time violation after content removal
Temporary suspension Repeated violations or a moderately serious single incident (24 hours to 30 days)
Permanent account ban Severe violations — including CSAM, harassment, threats, repeated catfishing, or fraud — or repeated offenses after suspension
Permanent device ban Repeated abusive messaging confirmed by multiple user reports or automated moderation flags, multi-account evasion of a prior ban, or any conduct in the "Permanent account ban" row above. Device bans may be imposed automatically by our systems when a user accumulates a significant number of content violations. A device ban prevents creating new accounts on the same device.
Law enforcement referral Credible threats of violence, CSAM, fraud, or other criminal activity

Permanent bans are not reversed in cases of severe violations. No refund is issued for unused subscription time when an account is banned for violating these guidelines.

Appeals: if you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, email developers@tenikopr.com with the subject "Account appeal" within 30 days of the action. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
