Ownership

The DancingPartners App and website — including its name, logo, trade dress, user interface design, software, code, graphics, and all content created by Tenikopr — are the exclusive intellectual property of Tenikopr and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

"DancingPartners" and the DancingPartners logo are trademarks of Tenikopr.
The overall look and feel of the App and website (trade dress) — including color schemes, layout, iconography, and design elements — are proprietary to Tenikopr.
All rights not expressly granted to users in our Terms of Service are reserved.

What You May Not Do

Unless you have obtained prior written permission from Tenikopr, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content.
Use the DancingPartners name or logo in a way that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by Tenikopr.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the App or website.
Create derivative works based on Our Content (as defined in our Terms of Service).

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to DancingPartners. By posting content, you grant Tenikopr a license to host and display it as described in Section 3 of our Terms of Service.

Copyright Infringement — DMCA

If you believe that content on DancingPartners infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice as described in Section 12 of our Terms of Service. Our designated copyright agent is reachable at developers@tenikopr.com (subject: DMCA Takedown Notice).
